Mr. Jawed Iqbal
Whole Time Director
Mr. Jawed Iqbal serves as a Whole Time Director at Indian Cable Net Company Limited (ICNCL). As an accomplished business leader recognized for his deep industry expertise, long-term strategic vision, and decisive execution capabilities, he plays a pivotal role in charting the organization’s growth trajectory in an evolving digital landscape.
With a primary focus on strengthening the organization’s broadband ecosystem and expanding multi-system network footprints, his leadership has been instrumental in engineering high-performing distribution frameworks. He actively spearheads initiatives aimed at scaling digital infrastructure, enhancing service delivery quality, and ensuring sustainable business expansions across competitive regional markets.
A key cornerstone of his approach is cultivating robust, mutually beneficial networks with Local Cable Operators (LCOs). By aligning corporate strategy with grassroots operator empowerment, he has successfully improved operational transparency, maximized partner engagement, and significantly accelerated customer acquisition and retention cycles across all primary business verticals.
Mr. Sunil Nihalani
Whole Time Director
Mr. Sunil Nihalani serves as a Whole Time Director at Indian Cable Net Company Limited (ICNCL). He is a distinguished senior professional with an extensive and multi-faceted leadership track record spanning corporate administration, human resources management, strategic financial controls, and large-scale technical infrastructure operations.
Throughout his illustrious tenure, Mr. Nihalani has driven structural excellence across both the Cable Television (CATV) and high-speed broadband business segments. His expertise covers systemic process engineering, internal auditing support, cross-functional project management, and budget optimizations, ensuring the enterprise operates with peak efficiency and regulatory compliance.
He has played a definitive role in modernizing technical systems, enhancing organizational resilience, and leading high-performance teams. By successfully bridging technical architecture transformations with sound workforce administration practices, his governance continuously contributes to the company's long-term operational stability, reliability, and market leadership in Eastern India.
Mr. Brijesh Goel
Mr. Brijesh Goel brings over 20 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounts, covering corporate accounting, financial control, and strategic business partnering across large organizations. He is currently heading the Finance & Accounts function at Siti Networks Limited, where he oversees the entire finance function, including the finalization of financial statements, statutory and regulatory compliance, audit management, internal controls, and working-capital optimization.
Previously, Mr. Goel held senior finance roles at C&S Electric Ltd and Tata Power Ltd, where he managed plant and corporate finance operations, driving financial discipline and supporting cross-functional leadership.
His extensive expertise also encompasses budgeting, MIS, treasury management, M&A support and due diligence, credit enhancement, and fundraising initiatives, including private-equity structuring.
On the academic front, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and has successfully completed a management certification course from the prestigious IIM Bangalore.

Mr. Subhrajyoti Pramanik
Mr. Subhrajyoti Pramanik, the Vice President - Technology at Indian Cable Net Company Limited (ICNCL) and Indinet Broadband, is a dynamic technology leader with extensive expertise in digital transformation, cyber security, CATV headend operations, and broadband infrastructure management.
With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, he oversees ICNCL's complete technology ecosystem - from network and subscriber management systems to Android TV and OTT platforms - ensuring reliable and future-ready digital services for millions of users across Eastern India.
An alumnus of IIM Indore and IIM Calcutta, Mr. Pramanik has previously worked with Intelvision Seychelles, gaining international experience in advanced broadcasting and broadband systems. His strategic vision and leadership continue to drive ICNCL's technological growth and digital evolution.
